The Yukon And You have one of the most infectiously honest, charming and sparkling guitar-pop sounds you'll find, and I nominate "Hospital Hallway" and "The Old College Try" for songs of the year. Pajama Party In A Haunted Hive have an obvious Beat Happening influence and provide what would be the more rock 'n roll half of this release, though some of their tracks are as soft and cuddly as the Yukon And You's!
